The continuity purchasing program means that you would like DrDharma.com to send you your regular order - identical to the one you placed today - every month.
Your order will be processed/charged on the same date you placed your original continuity order every month, perpetually.
You can cancel your continuity program at any time. Cancellations are required in writing and at least 3 working days prior to your automatic renewal date.
If your cancellation comes after the date your order is shipped to you, you may be required to refuse the package from your mail carrier or to send it back yourself. In this case, Drdharma.com is not responsible for return shipping costs. If you refuse the package, please be aware that there is no guarantee that the USPS will return it to our offices.
If you return your continuity order, please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee which will be substracted from your refund.
Are there discounts associated with continuity?
YES! The products sold under this program are offered at a 15% discount from their regular price. Products sold under the continuity program also receive free shipping. (Free shipping applies only to domestic USA orders at this time).
Can I order more than 1 product on a continuity basis?
Yes, you can order any product, in any amount you desire. Your original order will be refilled on the same day the following month and every month thereafter.
What happens if my needs change and I want to modify my continuity order?
It's simple. You cancel your existing order with no penalty. Then, you can place your revised order to better suit your needs.
What if I decide to cancel my Continuity order after it has been shipped?
We recommend that you cancel your continuity program in writing at least 3 working days before your processing date. If your cancellation comes on or after the date your order is shipped to you, you may be required to refuse the package from your mail carrier or to send it back yourself. Drdharma.com is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that if you refuse the package, there is no guarantee that the USPS will return it to our offices. This may result in a us being unable to process a refund.
When will my refund be processed?
Your refund will be processed on the following day after the package is received at our facility. Our shipping department will first verify that all the products shipped are being returned, and they have not been opened, damaged, or tampered with. We will then process your refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
