Your Guide to Dr. Dharma’s Supplements: Where to Start and How to Build Your Regimen

With so many supplements on the market, it can be hard to know where to begin. Everyone’s needs are different, so before starting any new supplement routine, it’s always smart to talk with your healthcare provider. Getting bloodwork done can help you understand which nutrients your body might be missing, and point you in the right direction.

All of Dr. Dharma’s products were formulated by a medical doctor to be taken together. Dr. Dharma takes all five himself, every day. Whether you start with one or build a complete regimen, ask your doctor which combination is right for you.

Start with a Multivitamin

If you’re not already taking a multivitamin, this is a good place to start. A multivitamin is the simplest way to take a day’s vitamins and minerals in one place.

When choosing a multivitamin, look for one that prints every amount on the label. Dr. Dharma’s Gold Multi-Vitamin gives you 1,000 IU of vitamin D3, 200 mcg of B12, 200 mg of magnesium and a full range of minerals in each day’s serving, every amount printed on the label.

Is it right for me?

If your diet isn’t perfectly balanced every single day, a multivitamin helps fill the gaps. Dr. Dharma keeps one under everything else as his daily floor.

Brain Caps

Your brain needs healthy fats, including DHA, a type of omega-3 found in the membranes of brain cells. DHA comes mostly from seafood.

Dr. Dharma’s Brain Caps deliver DHA from algae, a vegan source, along with ginkgo biloba and phosphatidylserine.

Is it right for me?

If you follow a vegan or vegetarian diet, or rarely eat seafood, Brain Caps are a simple way to get DHA.

Memory Caps

For memory, Memory Caps combine blueberry, ashwagandha, rhodiola, vinpocetine and huperzine-A.

Is it right for me?

Memory Caps pair naturally with Brain Caps. Dr. Dharma takes both every morning. Please check with your doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, take a blood thinner or a medicine that affects acetylcholine, or have surgery coming up.

Super Rejuvenation

Super Rejuvenation has resveratrol, CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid and acetyl L-carnitine.

If you take a prescription medicine, show the label to your doctor.

Is it right for me?

It is one of the three formulas Dr. Dharma takes every morning.

Inner Healing: Turmeric, Milk Thistle and NAC

Our Inner Healing formula combines turmeric (95% curcuminoids), milk thistle and N-acetyl L-cysteine. Turmeric is the golden spice of Indian cooking, and milk thistle has a long place in herbal tradition.

Is it right for me?

If you want to bring the golden spice into your daily routine beyond the kitchen, Inner Healing is a simple way to do it. It comes free in the first box of every Regimen.

Or Take Them the Way He Does

Dr. Dharma’s Regimen is the three formulas he takes every morning: Brain Caps, Memory Caps and Super Rejuvenation. It ships free in the US, and the 60-day empty-bottle guarantee covers your first bottle of each formula.
