Cancellation policy

Some of our formulas are available as a subscription, so your favorites arrive on a schedule that works for you. This policy explains how a subscription works and how to change or cancel it at any time.

How subscriptions work

When you start a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you choose at checkout, such as every 30, 60, or 90 days. Your payment details are stored securely, and we charge your payment method automatically before each delivery so your shipments arrive without interruption. A subscription continues on the schedule you selected until you pause or cancel it.

Changing or cancelling your subscription

You are in control of your subscription and can change or cancel it at any time. Your order confirmation emails include a link to your account, where you can update your delivery frequency, change your next shipment date, skip a shipment, update your payment or shipping details, pause, or cancel. To skip or stop your next order, please make your change before your next scheduled charge date. If you would rather we take care of it, contact us and we will handle it for you.

Refunds

Every Dr. Dharma formula is backed by our 60-day open-bottle guarantee. The guarantee applies to your first bottle of each formula, and if a renewal order is not right for you, reach out within 60 days and we will be glad to help. See our refund policy for full details on returns and refunds.
