Shipping policy

We are glad you are here. We ship to customers across the United States and around the world, and we work to get your order on its way as quickly as we can. Here is what to expect once you place an order.

Order processing

Orders are packed and shipped the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day. Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. Right now we are offering free shipping on all United States orders over $75. International orders are charged at our actual carrier cost, with no markup added.

Carriers and delivery times

We ship primarily with USPS, and we can deliver to street addresses, PO boxes, and APO or FPO addresses. Once your package leaves us, most United States orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days, and international orders usually arrive within one to four weeks depending on your location and local customs. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees, since delivery can be affected by weather, holidays, and customs processing.

International orders, customs, and duties

We ship worldwide. For most international orders, any import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are paid by you when your package is delivered. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by us. If you would prefer to settle these costs up front, choose a delivered duty paid option such as DHL at checkout when it is available, and the duties and taxes will be prepaid as part of your order.

Delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages

If your tracking has not updated in several days, or your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us and we will help you track it down. Please double check your shipping address at checkout, since we are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment.
