Before the formulas, there was the foundation. The gatherings below come from the nonprofit Dr. Dharma founded — talks, webinars, trainings, and meditations open to anyone who believes a sharp mind is worth protecting.
Hosted by ARPF. Open to all.
Founded 1993 by Dr. Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.
The Alzheimer's Research & Prevention Foundation is the nonprofit Dr. Dharma founded more than thirty years ago, born from a simple conviction — that much of what dims memory can be met by how we choose to live. For three decades it has funded research, trained practitioners, and carried brain-health education into communities that rarely hear it.
Its work rests on what ARPF calls the Four Pillars of Prevention — nourishment, stress reduction, physical and mental exercise, and spiritual wellbeing — and on a twelve-minute meditation, Kirtan Kriya, that its studies have explored for years. That research has been carried out with institutions including UCLA, the University of Arizona, and Sweden's Karolinska Institute.
