Most multivitamins are a checklist someone filled in. This one was written by a physician who spent thirty years studying what an aging brain runs short of first.
The choices nobody sees
He used the better form. Every time.
A cheap multivitamin uses oxides, because oxides are dense, stable, and nearly free. They are also poorly absorbed. Every mineral in this bottle is in the form that costs more.
