Everything here is one life's work
Dr. Dharma is a physician who has spent more than thirty years on a single question: how do we keep the brain well as we age? He founded the Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation in 1993, testified before Congress, and has researched, taught, written, and formulated ever since.

Why a doctor started making supplements
His patients kept arriving with bags full of medications and supplements, a dozen bottles from a dozen brands, and many of them were still struggling. He grew concerned about the limits of what conventional western medicine alone could offer the people in front of him. So he did what he had always done. He studied. Nutrition, supplementation, eastern medicine, yoga, the whole landscape of holistic wellness.
Through years of research and clinical experience he studied ingredients one by one, and then studied how they worked together. The goal was never to follow the industry. It was clean, intentional formulas built for real needs, shaped by his faith, his yoga practice, and his healing philosophy, designed for the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.
He became one of the early pioneers of clean supplementation in this country. In 2002 he put the formulas online, vegan capsules with no fillers, long before clean was a category. He formulated every one personally, for his own patients first. They are still made to his original formulations.
