Requesting a refund is simple

Email or call us within 60 days of your order and let us know you would like a refund.
Send it back
Return the bottle to the address we provide. Even an empty bottle qualifies.
Get refunded
Once your bottle reaches us, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
When you will receive your refund
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after your returned bottle reaches us. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement. If more than two weeks have passed and you have not seen your refund, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received something other than what you ordered, please contact us right away. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to send anything back.
Subscriptions and renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal from your account, or by contacting us and we will handle it for you. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first bottle of each formula. For a renewal order, reach out within 60 days and we will be glad to help.
